Ordering from the restaurant is fine by me when I show up there in person. However, over the phone I don't always get an English speaking person on the phone to place my order. I almost never get an English speaking person on the phone when it comes to contacting my food delivery person. The food delivery person never follow my instructions on how to find my apartment which result in them keep getting themselves lost. The food is great but their rice is always bland and the chicken is always dry. The meat is always too bony and not enough meat!! Like where is the meat? I love a lot of meat on my meat. I am a meat eater and I eat meat not bones, fat or gristle. Overall, the food is fantastic and the restaurant has good potential to be great eating establishment but it just need some minor improvements. Rice needs to have flavor and the meat needs to have more meat on it. Their salads need more salad dressing because they never have enough salad dressing on them. Their french fries have skin on them but their skin aren't very clean which makes it crunchy with dirt on it.

Garlic chicken breast is the same chicken you get at the Chinese restaurant if you order anything in chicken. But unfortunately it was overcooked and rubbery. Not worth the cost or tim. The garlic sauce was good and so was the rice and beans

Service was nice and friendly. Parking is hard on this street. The food was ok, the flavor of the chicken was good, the rice was a bit hard and did not have that great of a flavor. The quantity of chicken was small for the price.

First time ordering from this restaurant and it was a horrible experience. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. I placed an order for delivery at 8:24 PM and was told my food would arrive within an hour. By 9:42 PM, my order still hadn’t arrived, so I tried calling the restaurant multiple times. After finally getting an answer on the 7th call, the same employee answered with an attitude and immediately said, “We are closed and don’t have anymore food,” before I could even explain why I was calling. I told him I wasn’t trying to place a new order — I simply wanted to know if my food was at least on the way. He then responded, “Well all the food has already left so your order will be there.” The lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service was honestly unacceptable. As a first-time customer, this experience completely turned me away from ordering here again. If you value respectful service and timely communication, I would not recommend this place.

horrible don't even waste your money, I ordered through Uber eats, I ordered a full size and they gave me half a size, The man over the phone admitted that it was their fault but told me to call Uber eats and ask for a refund because they were too busy to send me the rest of the order. Completely unprofessional no sort of accommodation and then the sauce spilled all in the bag. Really poor service I wouldn't even even give these people another Dime. Elizabeth is full of Portuguese restaurants please find another.
